In today’s video I share my 20 step process that I go through each year to figure out my goals for new year. Here is a quick overview of the step but make sure to watch the whole thing to fully understand what I mean:
1. get a notebook
2. get your favorite pen
3. get a drink of your choice
4. find a quiet place
5. give yourself some time
6. evaluate 2019: what worked well?
7. evaluate 2019: what didn’t work?
8. imagine yourself when you are old
9. write it down
10. grab your notebook and list areas of your responsibilities
11. look at each area of responsibility – what is the end goal for you?
12. figure our your ‘why’ for each area of life
13. for each area of resp list projects and tasks that you want to accomplish
14. for each area list routines that you want to incorporate
15. Decide which projects and tasks you want to work on this year
16. Decide which routines you want to incorporate this year
17. get your calendar
18. Put in those projects /tasks on your calendar
19. Create a routine tracker for your routines (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
20. Set a weekly date to review your goals
