EXERCISE FOR STAY AT HOME MOMS

Exercise if very important. All the doctors and health professionals tell us that we need to exercise. As moms we want all the best for our kids and ourselves. So the questions arises – do we need to exercise and how do we find time to exercise more. Even bible says that exercise is important. In Timothy 4:8 it says that ‘exercise that some value’ and in proverbs 31:25 the virtuous woman has strength! So do we really need to exercise more? Watch the video and you will know what I think 🙂
